• Hands on experience building ( functional ) :
• At Least 2 RBI and SEBI regulated products ( eg FD and MF)
• Payments and recon for these products to ensure customers never lose track of a single penny
• Compliance flows in product journeys -. Eg signup journeys which ensure 100% KYC compliance basis regulator , taxation compliance when customers redeem or invest
• Hands on experience building investing platforms :
• Millions will use our platform everyday. You should’ve built robust, scalable platforms that customers trusted their money with
• Millions of dollars worth of transactions will flow through the system everyday. You should have experience knowing what platform metrics to track to ensure stability at this scale

• BE/B.Tech or equivalent Degree. MBA is good to have
• At least 7 years of experience in product management, with a substantial focus on consumer fintech products
