Product Strategy & Vision:

• Define the product vision and strategy for the P2P Lending Platform in alignment with company goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and validate product ideas.

Roadmap & Planning:

• Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap and backlog.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on user feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.

Product Development:

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create detailed product specifications and wireframes.
• Oversee the product development process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product.

Stakeholder Management:

• Communicate product plans, progress, and updates to stakeholders, including executives, team members, and customers.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and user adoption.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure the P2P Lending Platform complies with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the product.

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience:
• 4-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Experience with P2P lending, digital banking, or related financial products is highly desirable.
