Viva Insights is playing a pivotal role in accelerating the AI transformation journey for our customers by providing insights about readiness, adoption, and impact of Microsoft Copilot to organizational leaders. The Viva Insights team is looking for a Senior PM to drive new features and capabilities. • Contribute to the overall product strategy, priorities and roadmap.
• Own the strategy with clear prioritization for your features, and an urgency for shipping with the product team.
• Collaborate with your peers across other module partner teams to drive innovation to deliver ‘game changing’ Employee Experiences that are polished, modern, and consistent.
• Plan for and lead product reviews with executive leadership.
• ‘Be a product champion’ through thought leadership discussions with customers based on product roadmap and innovation trends.

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software developmentsome text
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience for a SaaS product/service.
