Your Responsibilities

  • Lead awareness, engagement and retention initiatives for Privé. Conceptualize journeys to educate the users, and create recall for the loyalty program.
  • Lead experiences on product detail pages that nudge users to add products to cart, and to explore more products. Share relevant info in the best possible manner to get the users to take the desired action.
  • Work on best in class beauty - tech experiences that help customers in decision making for their purchases.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, design and engineering teams and drive an inclusive and innovation-focused culture of evaluating product ideas. Manage two-way communications with key stakeholders.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to make sound business decisions that solve key problems for the customer.

Required Skills and Experience

  • You have 4+ years of experience in product management roles with B2C digital product companies.
  • You excel at both strategy and execution. You are equally comfortable at crafting a long-term vision, going into the details of the release going next week, and analyzing the issues with what went live last month.
  • You obsess about doing the right thing for your customers. You consider yourself a representative of the customer inside the organization and go above and beyond to understand their pain points.
  • You can go deep into data to drive actionable insights and then you can use those insights to ship amazing products for our customers.
  • You embrace experimentation. You ensure testing everything out - even the strongest assumptions.
  • You have excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills. You understand how to tell your story, listen to others’ viewpoints, and then drive a decision that's the best for the customer and the business.
