BharatPe was founded in 2018 with the vision of making financial inclusion a reality for Indian merchants. In 2018, BharatPe launched India’s first UPI interoperable QR code, the first zero MDR payment acceptance service. In 2020, post-Covid, BharatPe also launched India’s only zero MDR card acceptance terminals – BharatSwipe.

● Defining the Product Strategy and Vision. defining and articulating a compelling product vision and strategy for Payments and Risk Management platforms that aligns with BharatPe’s overall mission.

● Product Development and Timely Execution: while balancing quality, scope, and time constraints.

● Innovation and Continuous Improvement: facilitate experimentation, creative problem-solving, and innovative thinking to drive excellence in Payments.

● Merchant Experience: identifying the pain points of merchants and solving them ruthlessly to deliver quality service to our merchants .

You will report to the Lead of Payments Platform and will be working closely with every department to ensure our platforms not only fulfills customer needs but also drives our business growth in a sustainable way.

● BE/B.Tech or equivalent Degree. MBA is good to have

● 3-5 Yrs of experience

● At least 2 years of experience in product management at a fintech

● Past experience of working in Online Payments is must
