• Roadmap Development: Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Inspire, lead, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, engineering, customer success and marketing to deliver high-quality products.
• Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer, leveraging data, research, and user feedback to inform product decisions and priorities.
• Feature Ownership: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of admin features, from ideation and specification to launch and iteration.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to measure product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and guide strategic decisions.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency around product goals and progress.
• Champion Admin Needs: Advocate for the needs of admin users across the platform, ensuring their requirements are met and their experience is optimized.

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally 4+ years in Enterprise SaaS
• Experience using data to solve business problems ensuring agreement on cross-organizational team priorities
• Proficiency in SQL, and using data to drive product decisions
• Experience managing a complex set of products at different stages of their lifecycle and communicating the complexity simply and cleanly
• Demonstrated ability to drive impact through cross-functional leadership
• Effectively balance short-term goals and long-term vision
• Strong collaboration skills, you love helping product managers, engineers, designers, and other teams around you do their best work
