• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, aligning with business objectives, user needs, and monitoring core KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to manage sprints, resolve technical challenges, and develop detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with the founders and key stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of tools and exploits for our Embedded and Hardware security products.
• Assist in hiring and mentoring engineering talent to build a robust and dynamic team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or related fields from Tier-1 universities.
• 4+ years of experience as an embedded firmware engineer or in a similar role.
• Proven expertise in embedded systems and hardware development, preferably in EV, robotics startups, or VLSI domains.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages and a strong understanding of embedded architecture and security concerns.
• Hands-on experience with microcontrollers from ST, TI, Microchip, etc.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to foster collaboration across various teams.
• While a background in blockchain is not necessary, a keen interest and willingness to learn about the technology is essential.
