- Define a comprehensive chatbot's product strategy that contributes to TikTok Shop's goals and user needs. Regularly review and update the strategy based on changes in the market, user feedback, and technological advancements to ensure its relevance and competitiveness.
- Clearly communicate the product vision, execution plan, and development status to key collaborators and senior management by leveraging data driven insights and user research to gain their support and alignment.
- Take the lead in unifying engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and support teams. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the cross-functional environment.
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders by understanding their needs and expectations.
- Create a detailed product roadmap that outlines the phased development of the chatbot. Prioritize features based on a comprehensive assessment of their value, impact on user experience, and technical feasibility.
- Ensure the timely delivery of features by closely collaborating with the development team and effectively managing resources and timelines.
- Lead, mentor and guide a team of product managers, providing them with the necessary support and resources to grow and succeed.
- Product Management Experience: 5+ years in product management.
- A deep understanding of buyer-seller communication tools on commerce platform or ERP/ISV system, and how buyers and sellers are communicating through the chat channel.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in AI, ML, and/or search for chatbot development.
- Deep understanding on e-commerce platforms.
- Market Knowledge: Strong grasp of US and global commerce markets.
- Passion and Skills: Passion for communication tools, good judgment, prioritization, and competitor analysis.
